	Content development and reviewing
	Creating training material
	Coordinating and communicating with clients
	Conducting training need analysis
	Creating module outlines and session plans

Desired Candidate Profile :

	Background in Instructional Design
	Middle-aged candidates, ideally above 22 years of age
	Good knowledge of MS Office and latest media based tools
	Proficiency in spoken and written English
	Proficiency in the local language will be an added advantage
