Counsel and guide prospective students in making the right decisions.
During interactions with prospective students, analyse and access their latent needs and give suggestions to the Centre Head to improve our products and services.
Maintain detailed records of all counselling sessions and attach the same with the Student Preliminary forms.
Be aware of the activities of our competitors – both current and potential.
Ensure that a steady stock of the prospectus is available at the Centre and the documents needed during counselling are readily available in the meeting room.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Proficiency in the local language will be an added advantage.
Middle-aged candidates, ideally above 35 years of age.
Graduation is a must. Post graduation would be an added advantage.
Confidence and a calm composure is a must.
Should be a good listener.
Should be highly knowledgeable on topics like education, retail and the current happenings in the business world.
