    Chief Executive Officer

    Astute, passionate and perceptive, Eika Chaturvedi Banerjee derives faith from the ‘power of within’. She believes that one only needs to turn inwards in the relevant context for the right answers at both micro and macro levels – be it individual, organizational, national or global.

    In her current role, Eika leads three Future Learning business verticals – Corporate Capability, Skilling, Employability & Livelihoods, and Education. Eika is also the creator of Future Learning’s line of signature programs, Bodhi – The Awakening, which aims to explore and revisit ancient wisdom in its various aspects, making it relevant and applicable to modern-day context. She also runs “Durga In the Boardroom” – a series of bespoke Leadership Development retreats for mid & senior level corporate women. Eika works closely with State and Central Government – Departments and Agencies on various Skill Development Initiatives. Her vigor and vision has secured a position for Future Learning as one of Modern India’s leading Corporate Skilling Company. Her mission for the Education vertical is to redefine learning, be synonymous with quality education and bridge the industry- academic gap.

    Previously, Eika founded FinSutra, a boutique Leadership Development firm involved in Talent Development and Executive Coaching interventions based on ancient wisdom, history, mythology and literature. She has over 17 years of core operating experience in various Leadership roles. She has contributed in key positions at Standard Chartered Bank, ABM Amro, Citi & Kotak, both in India & Singapore. Eika is an MBA from FMS-Delhi, an IAC certified Executive Coach & holds Post Graduate certifications in Comparative Mythology from the Department of Sanskrit, Mumbai University.

    Eika’s key focus areas include Women’s Issues & Diversity Agenda. She has a keen interest in India History, Mythology & Yoga and draws on India’s age-old wisdom for her unique pedagogy. She is the founder – curator of Aakhyaan, India’s First Annual Mythology festival, a knowledge platform that she has conceptualized with department of Sanskrit, University of Mumbai – to integrate the corporate world, academia and popular culture.

    Adaptable, passionate and strategist, V. Ramkumar, believes, change is the only constant and persistent adaptability is key to individual and organizational success.

    In his current role as COO, Ram leads operational excellence for three Future Learning business verticals – Corporate Capability, Skilling, Employability & Livelihoods, and Education.

    Over his sixteen years of Learning & Development journey, Ram has worked with many leading organizations like Mphasis, Kotak Mahindra, Lesconcierges, Landmark Group, Café Coffee Day andHomeTown. In his professional journey, Ram has spearheaded multiple projects across; Talent Development& Management, Competency Mapping & Productivity Matrix, Business Process Re-engineering, Change Management, Technology Driven Learning Management, Implementing People Processes &Systems and Driving Standard Operating Procedures. Need Analysis, Business Solution, Employee Productivity and Financial Management are the few aspects that are paramount for Ram and are key focus aspects of his journey.

    Along with being a MCA and B.Sc. Computer Science graduate Ram holds Diploma in International Business Administration, Software Engineering and Insurance.

    Ram also holds multiple certificates from leading authorities like DaVinci Consultant- Dubai, MIT-Sloan, Dale Carnegie, Brian Tracy International and many more. He has also been awardedby ACEF forum for ‘Innovative Learning solution- Through Mobile technologies’ during his time at HomeTown.

    A sports fanatic, avid reader, resilient traveler,music enthusiast and organic gardener are the key aspects of Ram’s personality and his power source.

    Married to Neha (working with ADHS as a Head-Studio), Ram is blessed with two beautiful kids Aaryan and Kyra.

Eika Chaturvedi Banerjee is currently the CEO of Future Learning, a Future Group company and one of India's leading Skills, Talent and Leadership Development organisations. She is an MBA from FMS, Delhi and a B.A (Hons) in Economics from the University of Delhi. She is a Certified Executive Coach, holding a Post Graduate Diploma in Comparative Mythology from University of Mumbai and has completed a certificate course in Ethics & Morality from Yale University, USA, as well as a certificate course in Gender Policy & Governance for Next Generation of Women Leaders from KIGEPE - South Korea.

Eika has rich industry exposure and leadership experience of 15 years spanning key corporate Business Leadership roles with blue-chip organizations like Standard Chartered Bank, ABN Amro, Citibank & Kotak; as well as her entrepreneurial journey as the Founder & MD of Finsutra, a boutique Leadership Development, Executive Coaching & Skills Training company, which focuses deeply on Women’s Issues & Diversity Agenda and ancient wisdom-based Leadership Development.

Eika regularly replenishes her stock of strength and energy through Adventure Sports, Trekking in the Himalayas, and Mountain exploration. She is married to her MBA batchmate, Siddharth, and has two lovely two daughters Oishee and Tavishee, her embodiments of Strength & Courage.

Goutam’s has a work experience of over 29 years with various MNC & blue chips organizations like Xerox, Zenith Computers, India Telecom, Casio and NIS Sparta Ltd. During his last assignment with NIS Sparta, he was heading a Public-Private Partnership initiative with Government of India for skill development and employability for rural BPL youth.

In his present role as COO, Employability & Skill Development, he is spearheading the SGSY Special Project, (an initiative of the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India) implemented by Future Corporate Resources Ltd to train and place 32000 rural BPL youth in 18 months.

The latest joint venture with National Skill Development Corporation envisioned and driven by him, will provide skill based training to millions of Indians leading to gainful employment and entrepreneurial opportunities across sectors thus contributing to inclusive growth for the Indian economy.

He is also actively involved with CII Skill Council and branding committee as a member of CII vocational skills.

chief, national operations, future sharp skills limited

Venkat is currently the Chief of National Operations at Future Sharp Skills Limited, a joint venture between Future Group and NSDC. In his current role, his focus is on industry collaboration and placement tie-ups; sourcing and enrolling of students across centers; and product/course development, training delivery and trainer capability building.

He comes to Future Group with over 25 years of experience in Business Development, Profit Centre Management, Training Delivery, Training Operations and Content Management, both in corporate training and skilling individuals at education centers.

Prior to Future Group in September 2010, he was associated with NIS Sparta, a Reliance ADAG Group Company for almost 15 years. He was a member of the Executive Council of NIS Sparta since April 2008 and has not only received excellence awards on four occasions, he has also qualified for international performance conventions (NIS Champions’ League and NIS Grand Slam) on five occasions.

Venkat has a Bachelor’s in Physics from Mumbai University, 1986 and Masters in Marketing Management from NMIMS, Mumbai, 1990-1993. He is a certified master trainer from Huthwaite International, Inscape Publishing for DiSC, Certified MBTI and Profilor (PDI) trainer. He is a Core Essentials Graduate from Coach U Australia.

He enjoys playing badminton and cricket and has represented his school and college in sports. He lives in Mumbai with his wife and two daughters.

Having worked both in Indian and International markets he joined Future Group in 2006 from Srishti School of Art Design & Technology-Bangalore one of the premier design education institutes in the country, where he was the COO & Head of Marketing. At Future Group he has been an integral part in driving successful people engagement and talent development programmes besides providing strategic direction and guidance to the People Inclusion & diversity programs and Higher education initiatives of the group. He moved to take on the role of Dean and business head of the higher education business of the group Future Innoversity in 2010 and currently works towards realising their vision of making more Indians employable through value based affordable transformational educational programs.
